tip和top的区别？

tip一般指比较尖的顶端，主要用于较小物体，比如That stick has a metal tip.那根手杖的顶端是铁的；而top则用的更广泛一些，形容比较大的物体的顶端，比如，When you reach the top of the hill, bear to the right.

当你到达山顶时, 向右转。形容山顶时，就只能用top，而不是tip
